CRL SSCC4 Compact and Portable Safety Speed Cut Panel Saw

This CRL Safety Speed Cut Panel Saw has been engineered to provide the small shop an accurate, dependable, heavy-duty panel saw that is truly portable and compact in size. It makes cutting large panels down to size easier, safer, and affordable. It has the same great features of our full size panel saws, but on a smaller, all-steel frame. In addition, it’s shipped set up and pre-aligned, not knocked down. Cutting accuracy is guaranteed 1/32″ (.8 mm), and the power unit can be changed from cross-cut to ripping position quickly and simply. An 8″ (203 mm) General Purpose Wood Saw Blade is required (Cat. No. 840ATB sold separately). Additional options are available to enhance the performance and capability of your panel saw.

All-steel frame, electrically welded square tubing can never warp or twist.

Thin material pressure guard provides chip and chatter-free cutting of thin material such as plastic laminates.

Heavy-duty counter balance with adjustable tension will provide years of trouble-free service.

Heavier duty all ball and needle bearing power unit, 8″ (203 mm), 15 AMP, 3-1/4 HP, 120V AC Motor.

Removable upper blade guard makes blade changing fast and easy.

Patented roller material carriage allows heavy material to roll through machine with no sawdust build-up.

Built-in vertical and horizontal rulers.

Material being ripped can move from either right or left.

Saw carriage moves up and down on graphite-impregnated nylon roller bearings which require no lubrication.

Cutting accuracy on all machines is guaranteed 1/32″ (.8 mm).

Power unit can be turned from cross-cut position to either right or left hand ripping position by means of a single indexing pin control.

All panel saw motors can be greased externally, without disassembly or removal.

All Safety Speed Cut Panel Saws are easily and completely adjustable.

All Safety Speed Cut Panel Saws are shipped set up and pre-aligned, not knocked down.

8″ (203 mm) 40 Tooth Blade for general purpose wood sawing is sold separately.
